The small group series uses discussion, telephone support, and workbooks to guide families through the steps of addressing individual parenting concerns. The groups will meet for 3 sessions once per week and then receive 3 additional one-on-one support sessions.
4 Week Group Course Outline:
- Create a stable, supportive, happy family environment
- Teach their children the skills they need to get along with others
- Deal positively, consistently, and decisively with problem behaviour
- Encourage positive behaviour
- Develop realistic expectations of their children and themselves
- Take care of themselves as parents
Course Features:
- Certificate upon completion
- Included 3 one-on-one private counseling sessions with an International Parent Practitioner
- Receive additional Community resources and services.
