Many families have conflict with parenting time and children schedule or at times one parent wishes to keep one child away from the parent due to high confilct. Giving the children the voice that can be heard can allow the parent to move away from the personal perspective of how the parenting plan and schedule needs to look like , more importantly children prefered to be heard when it comes to their personal schedule as well.
Child-Voice mediation are normally conducted for children ages 7- 18 year of age. It is created in a very safe environment where the child or teen feels comfortable to share the information. This process is conducted with our team of experts in child and youth development who also faciliate family medition. Our mediators can ensure children feel safe in their conversation , feel that they are heard and their desires and wishes are respected.
Process
Both parents are required to give consent. Only the information the child or teen is comfortable to share will be shared in mediation.

Our fees structure:
All Arbitration matters carry a $240 per hour fee, Mediation services are $120 per hour, Parent Co-ordinator services are $120 per hour, Voice of the child report is $180 per hour.
